for your introductory tour of the entertainment capital of the
world! Your tour includes a drive through Beverly Hills & Rodeo
Drive, where the mega-stars shop and live!You will view homes of such stars as Leonardo DiCaprio, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, Jim Carrey, Paris Hilton, Nicholas Cage and many, many others. Our tour will continue to the beach-town of Santa Monica, on the Pacific Ocean coastline, where we will visit the Santa Monica Pier with it’s Ferris Wheel, neon-lit cafes and dinner at the Third Street Promenade.
Following dinner, you will be broken down into groups to brainstorm a new movie plot that could be shot in the beach-town of Santa Monica based on what you have just experienced. The winning group’s one-page plot will be announced Saturday night at the BlueNose Awards! |

“Behind-the-Scenes” and “Into-the-Scenes” of your favorite
television shows and movies of the world’s busiest motion picture
& television studio. The tour via carts, takes you through back
lot streets, sound stages, sets and craft shops. In addition, you
will also walk onto a set of a hit television show, hear Foley
artists create sound effects for movies, see how sets are
constructed, walk through rows & rows of costumes and watch a
special effects demonstration. |

recording studios where music history has been made and continues to
be made today. You will learn from top record producers and
engineers about what it takes to make a great record, the business
and technology side of the music industry, backgrounds of famous
recording artists and what inspired them, and the many career
opportunities that exist in the music business. Based on your
group’s recommendation, select members from within your group will
have the opportunity to record an original song with a BNE artist!
Each song will be entered into the BluseNose Awards competition with
the winning entry to be announced at the BlueNose Awards ceremony on
Saturday night!

with the Stars” co-hosted by one of Hollywood’s teen
entertainment publications. You will have an exclusive evening with
some of Hollywood’s most famous music, film and sports stars.
Activities include photo sessions and autographs…to be followed by
a panel discussion in which you will assume the role of being a
BlueNose entertainment reporter! During this time, you will be able
to ask questions and submit a one-page review of the evening’s
event as part of the BlueNose Awards competition in entertainment
reporting. The winning entries will be announced at the BlueNose
Awards on Saturday night. |

Live is the leading entertainment and sports destination for all of
Los Angeles and the event capital of the world hosting ESPN’s
ESPY’s Awards, the GRAMMY’s, the EMMY’s, the AMERICAN MUSIC
AWARDS, and the AMERICAN IDOL FINALS! (This is where after
weeks of performing on the American Idol stage the two remaining
finalists perform live to an audience of 7,000 and millions of
television viewers.) LA Live is also the home of the Staples Center
and the LA Lakers, along with the ESPN Zone which includes broadcast

songwriting, scriptwriting and sport reporting online contests open
to all students nationwide, as well as the winning students from
each of the competitive events over the past three days! The evening
features a number of teen celebrities and musical performers. The
celebration highlights include great food, music, edutainment and
the BlueNose Awards presentations! |
