Our institution already regularly travels through a different agency, is there a specific reason to switch to WCV?

How do I make changes to my reservation?
All changes need to be done via email before your final payment date. Please log in to your payment portal account to view your payment schedule. Emails for each event are listed below:

When will I receive my Disney reservation and ticket numbers?
Travel documents are sent to the dance studio 60-70 days prior to travel. Each family will receive a packet that includes resort reservation numbers, tickets, a finalized itinerary, and some general information regarding the event and your Disney reservation. You will have all of this in time to begin making Fast Passes 60 days in advance.
I am trying to make Disney Dining Reservations and can’t find my reservation number:
Disney begins taking dining reservations 180 days in advance. You will receive resort reservation numbers 60 days in advance, however you do not need a reservation number to make dining reservations! If you are calling to make dining reservations [(407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463], when Disney asks for a reservation number, tell them you are staying off Disney property. If you are booking dining reservations online, leave the resort reservation number section blank. You can link your dining reservations once you receive your final travel documents.
Please note that you may have to make changes to your dining reservations when you receive your finalized itinerary for the event.
Cook Around The World
Does World Class Vacations by WorldStrides book travel arrangements such as airfare?
Yes. If your group has at least 10 people or more, we can book group airfare. A separate deposit schedule and contract may apply. Costs per person are dependent on the airline, the air schedule, airport, current taxes and fees, etc. Please contact our office for more information.
Does our school need to be at an advanced level for the culinary improv competition?
No! The Hands-On Culinary Improv competition is meant to be a fast-paced, but friendly competition where students can enhance their teamwork and communication skills. The students that participate cover all levels of experience from beginner to advanced.
